All returns must be authorized within 14 days of receiving the order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly replace or refund your purchase as long as the product had not been used and still are in its original packaging. Please call or email us for Return Authorization Number. Customized items such as invitations or printed ribbons are not returnable. All glass items have 2 business days to call to receive return authorization number. Picture proof of broken glass items may be required before re-ship or issuing a credit All shipping charges are non-refundable. We accept all major credit cards, check or money order and PayPal.
Preferred method of payment is by credit card which is the the easiest and is absolutely secure. Your credit card account will not be charged at the time of order but at the time of shipment.
