Superior customer service experience! Thank you for a superior customer service experience! I was in a real bind b/c I had previously placed my order with a competitor who took my money and never shipped the order, plus would not respond to my customer service inquiries about the status or eventually a refund. I had a wedding invitation project to complete for an anxious bride who was waiting for the finishing touch of the ribbon attachment and after waiting for two weeks to have my initial order shipped I gave up and decided to place my order with Crafta instead. I was very happy with the periodic status updates and relieved when the order arrived on time! I'll be placing all of my future ribbon orders with Crafta! Thank you!
